    Re: Rotating Injection sites

I used to do quads all the time cause they where easier for me to hit. but the pain would be there for at least three days. so on my last cycle I thought I'd give glutes a try,.. lil inject pain but jus for a day maybe and pretty mild. I just had to get used to using one hand. never tried delt's except for doing B12.

I use to hit my right upper glute every single time, and now i have a noticeable lump there. YEARS of injecting the same damn spot. Now i use side delts, biceps and triceps mainly.

              Re: Rotating Injection sites

Ive been rotating between L & R Glute and L & R Delt for about 20 + years with no problems. I cant imagine shooting anywhere else. Anytime I deviate from those sites, I end up feeling like a got beaten with a hammer

                Re: Rotating Injection sites

I stick to my ass and quads much as I can. Side delt sometimes but rear delts anytime I can catch the wife at home to help me out.

                  Re: Rotating Injection sites

I was rather shocked at how little pain there is when using the biceps and triceps. no soreness at all really.

                    Re: Rotating Injection sites

Constantly rotating mine as well. After all these years, I'm surprised I'm not one huge ball of scar tissue. I can tell when I've hit a particular spot too much over time. I just give it a long break, usually many months and occasionally add in some regular massaging. But, by the time I come back around to it, all is well.

                      Re: Rotating Injection sites

the muscles i rotate are quads, glutes, lats, chest, traps, front delt, side delt, bicep, lateral tricep, and long tricep. When I do calves I get cellulitis so nuts to that. I miss doing rear delts but its gotten to difficult to hit it on the head even when leaning against a wall and missing the muscle belly is no fun.

for me I use the glutes and delts did some quads back in the day but had some nasty pip one time and haven't been back I am sure it was the winny I was using that thing was a killer..

I thought you could only shoot 2cc or less in the delts?

It varies from person to person I imagine. I try to use more sites and less oil at each site.
