        I'll be abel to start eating better now. We finally finished moving over the weekend so that whrilwind is finally over and I can get back into my routine.

                  few sets of spread eagle situps, few sets didn't count the reps.

                    Felt like stir fried shiot today, was achin all over and all that good shiot but why sit at home feelin sorry for yourself when you can go to the gym and make an ass outa yourself, lol!

                      rack pulls 3" below the knee For some reason, I just couldn't get right today, kept pushin through on the mid - end of my foot instead of my heels and for the life of me, I just couldn't get my form right.

                                Just found out that there's gonna be a nonsanctioned meet here in town so I'm gonna go bench at it on the 21st. Is this a bad idea? Prolly but fukk it. My bench sucks right now, even more so with this damn leg but it's for a good cause, all the entry fees are goin to this girls gymnastics team. so.....
