12.26 Bench shirt day (full range)
Warmed up to 225x5 with chain, then put on shirt. 275x3, 315x3, 365x3, 385x3, 405x3, 425x3, 385x3.

I love seeing Tate presses in people's training. That's one of my favorite triceps assistance moves.
How are you using the band to work abs?
Yeah, those Tate presses really hit it right at the elbow where it counts! On the banded abs, I sit on the GHR (kinda like a roman chair situp) loop the band under the frame and the other end I hold around my neck/chest and bang em out.
