      Elite 1825 lb Total @220, trim down a bit in the mean time, too.

              12.19 Shirt work
              Had a pretty shitty day but here it goes:
              Warmed up to 275x3 plus two sets of chain raw then put on shirt and did some 2 board work 275x5, 315x3, 365x3, 385x3, 405x1, 455x1, 425x1
              lock outs 315x5, 365x5, 405x3, 455x1, 425x1
              JM presses 135x8, 165x8x4

                        12.28 squat/dl/lats making up for missing Mon.
                        I don't know what my damn problem is but I'm weak as **** here lately, feelin bad, headaches etc.. it's really fukkin up my training. Oh well, here it goes
                        raw squat down to 14" box with 80# chain. Warmed up to 235x5, 285x5, 325x3, 375x3, 400x3
                        Rack pulls below knee 315x3, 365x3, 405x1, 455x1, 495x1 (the last two sets my legs were shaking and I was light headed for some strange reason so I stopped there)
                        Shrugs 405x8x3
                        Bent BB rows 275x8x3
                        Chest support rows 2 and a quarter plates 3 sets of 8
                        Abs with purple band 3x10

                            I love seeing Tate presses in people's training. That's one of my favorite triceps assistance moves.

                            How are you using the band to work abs?

                              Yeah, those Tate presses really hit it right at the elbow where it counts! On the banded abs, I sit on the GHR (kinda like a roman chair situp) loop the band under the frame and the other end I hold around my neck/chest and bang em out.
