FairLife Milk

[Yohimbe]

Anyone heard of this milk? I've been hearing about it more lately and checked it out at the grocery store. Looks quite a bit better than regular 2% milk.

1 cup:

Calories = 80
Total Fat = 0
Cholesterol = 5mg
Sodium = 120mg
Total Carbs = 6g (Sugars 6g)
Protein = 13g

It's also lactose free. May give this a try.

Sounds good. Lactose free is always good. Regular milk is guaranteed to give you gas

It's a bit pricey, but they also make chocolate milk lol! Tastes pretty good and a bit better nutrition profile than regular milk. Lactose free is awesome.

i have been subbing with coconut almond milk myself. my body hates dairy regardless if it's lactose free or not haha

I got the 2% Fairlife and so far I'm loving it. Doesn't make me feel bloated and adds a good 13g of protein if I add a cup to my shake.

I buy the whole milk all the time. Try the chocolate milk. Half the sugar, but best chocolate milk I've ever had!

Me and my wife have been buying this since it came out about a year ago. I dont like the smell of the milk, it smells like rotten eggs to me. Wife loves the taste. She keeps buying it I just look for the Winders Farms lactose free milk at the store lol. Both are cured cold or something like that so it retains all of the best while dumping the worst(fats and lactose). It does cut down on the gas as i drink about a gallon every other day

I've noticed that from time to time it does smell. The chocolate milk doesn't tho so you're good there

Yeah it smells a little different, but not bad to me. Loving the 13g of protein per cup.

never noticed the smell but I've been buying it for a yr or so now.. I like it.. it does seem alittle thicker then regular 2%
