multi vitamins

what are you guys using for a multi vitamin? I have been jumping around and really haven't found anything that stands out to me.. was thinking about getting some juicedup from blackstone labs instead of using a multi vitamin.

conrtolled labs orange triad man. once you take it you will never take anything else. it also has great joint support and digestive support in it that are off the chain

thanks.. I will look into it.. also looked at some sleeping aid on tgbsupplements also might have to grab both

you should look into pure gaba powder or capsules for that. it is dirt cheap and it will put you down and you dont feel groggy and hung over the next day. tgb carries 360 cut's sleep aid product which is very good but a bit pricey. prime nutritions sleep gh is good and blackstone's anethstiized(sp) are great if you want a combo product. most of the time i just use 1500mg of gaba 30 min before bed and i am good to go. the orange triad is also cheap as crap too.

I use a normal Multi Vitamin and I also use Vitapacks or Arnolds or Animals. I think they help, bloods seem well when I take them.

currently using mrsupps whole food multi, I love the fact that it's a multi dosed multi as the one a days aren't as effective.....I also have been using phytofuze powder for extra vitamins and minerals, the power will absorb better than the multi pills

There is so much crap out there that is a waste of money. Use one with the least amount of fillers as possible. Try to find supps without the use of stearic acid or magnesium stearate. They are both fillers and you will pay more for ones without but they absorb better and are more beneficial. Both liquid and powder supps are good options too

Like baby said, find a high quality one and get better absorption and health benefits. MRsupps has a great multivitamin! I love that you don't have to take 6-12 of them either! That always frustrated me! Lol

I just use the vitamin shoppe multivitamin. Have for years. Seems to be okay

I take so many supplements its crazy but I dont take any multi vitamins. I find that a good greens product, like perfect food, covers the bases better than a multi like centrum.

Like baby said, find a high quality one and get better absorption and health benefits. MRsupps has a great multivitamin! I love that you don't have to take 6-12 of them either! That always frustrated me! Lol

i dont follow the bottle directions man. i like to spread mine out over three doses as opposed to 2. i take it first thing in the am, mid day and again before bed. this i have found works best for me personally. this is one of the only products that i have used pretty much non stop for years and i fully stand behind how well it works

I am checking out this orange triad bro. I am in the market for a multi and green. I see they make a orange triad plus greens! I'm sure it tastes like ass but who cares. I'm sure it's mental but I feel like vitamins would absorb better in powder form.
What do you think of this one? A serving has the same amount of originally product plus the greens.

absolutely man, it is almost identical and doesnt actually taste bad at all. i just go with the tabs because it is cheaper and my wife uses them as well. i have to go with cost effectiveness but if it fit my budget i would be all over this myself. i prefer powder just like you do. most of the individual supps i use are all powder form and i like them much better too
