Daith piercing for migraines

My cousin is getting this done this weekend with hopes that it helps her migraines. I am waiting to see if it helps her before I consider it. I will keep you all posted. Does anyone know of someone who did this for this reason?

i will ask one of my lady clients if that is why she had her's done baby1. i am pretty sure she told me she had had migraines in the past but i could be thinking of someone else. she does have it pierced though

If it works I will get mine pierced. I get migraines 3-4 times a week. Imitrex works great, but its expensive with no insurance. Im interested to see how this works.

the Imitrex works for me to but can only get 6 a month. I will keep you updated

I'm going to pass this along to my sister. She gets debilitating migraines. I used to think she was playing them up a bit (good ol big brother... ) untill I actually saw her.
Maybe it will give her a little relief.

My cousin did get this piercing last night. I wasn't going to let her chicken out,lol. I am hoping this helps her and also might consider it for myself. I will keep you all updated

a gal at work got one and said it was to loose weight. i have no faith in it other than a placebo effect. if it helps, great!

It is a pressure point which I personally believe in. A lot is in the mind so you are right even if is the placebo effect and it works, that's all that matters. Especially if it means no meds! Plus its a cool piercing ,lol. When you live in years of pain I think people will try many different things. I try to keep an open mind cause you never know what just may help

I know girls that have that but I didn't know it was supposed to curr anything. I always been a believer in natural cures though.

This is off topic kinda but I see so many people get migraines anymore. Tons of people. I wonder why that is, I don't remember it being so common in the past.

I am convinced it is all the crap in our food and environment. This is my personal conclusion applied to myself though

I agree with that. Where I live was in national geographic for most polluted river system in America a few years ago . People should respect themselves and the earth more. Its where our food comes from and everything else.

Talked to m y cousin last night. So far so good. She used to get the migraine on the left side and now it moved to the right. She got the right side pierced yesterday so we will see what happens
