Taking a lil poll here, when do you take it? Some take PWO some take PWO and for myself personally I take it upon rising, lunch, pre workout, and post workout when I'm loading. When I'm only taking 10g I just take it pre and post them I'll go down to 5g and do it post workout only.

When I use to take it i'd cycle it for at least 4 weeks . I liked the Cell-Tech creatine from Muscle-Tech and i'd load for 5 days and then take one serving once a day after a workout or first thing in the morning before eating . I used to love the pumps and size i'd get from it .

That loading phase shit for creatine is a crock of shit , no disrespect !!!
I love Creatine and def a good time to take it is Post Workout !!!
My Pre Workout actually has creatine in it so I'll get a dose b4 and after !!!
