Taking a lil poll here, when do you take it? Some take PWO some take PWO and for myself personally I take it upon rising, lunch, pre workout, and post workout when I'm loading. When I'm only taking 10g I just take it pre and post them I'll go down to 5g and do it post workout only.
15g total seems like a bit of over kill im good with 5mg preworkout. the gallon of water i drink at the gym alone i swell up whatever body part im training. occasionally ill do 5mg post but not usually. i heave heard it helps with absorption but i dont notice it is maybe why i dont do it. free to opinions though
i guess if i use carnivore protein then it has creatine in it but never checked how much....if anyone tries it only get fruit punch the rest have a really weird after taste.
