I usually eat about 4-6 of the farm fresh cage free eggs a day.

I eat an average of 4 a day , almost every day . At one time i'd eat 8-10 egg whites , and I prefer the whole egg now .

i usually have 12 whole eggs at a time in the offseason and back when they were dirt cheap i would eat up to 48-60 depending on how long the work day went.

6 on some days,half dozen on thee others...lol. I eat 6-12 a day and my blood tests have never looked better.

that was back when they were running anywhere from 9-12 bucks for 15 dozen and i was dirt poor. now the sad fact of the matter is, it is cheaper for me to eat 5-6lbs of top round steak trimmed extra lean than it is for me to eat eggs. doesnt make any sense to me at all but that's how it is where i live

3 whole with 3 whites AM and then the same thing at 9pm. So, 6 whole eggs a day plus 6 whites a day. Have for years and years and years.
