If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
For those of you that get up first thing in the morning and hit the gym, what do you find is your ideal preworkout meal (if any) that gives you sufficient energy, but doesn’t make you feel sluggish.
Thanks Guns, been finding that protein shake, preworkout, plus any amount of food just sloshes around in my stomach. Thanks for the tip.

i like the pudding consistency with mine. i have super sensitive guts and i have zero issues. you can also cut the protein down to 30-40g if you dont need as much
the cream of rice is even slower digesting than the oats man and it doesnt sit in your guts heavy at all like the oats do. that and if you have a tendency to have to take 2-3 dumps after all the fiber from the oats. it doesnt do that at all either. they are both really good options though

I just do not eat until lunch. I know a lot of guys HAVE to at least get a PWO shake but I do not and have not seen any decrease in muscle mass although that is really not why I train.
