Do you mix it all together or just eat it separate?

    Blender, plate or bowl?

i put it all in a bowl. i like to make it into a pudding like consistency. cook up the cream of rice in the microwave first and then toss every thing else in there. if you want to live even more dangerously add in a few squirts of sugar free chocolate syrup. like a pb cup pudding

it damn sure is esp when you are dieting or limiting sugar. it is a tasty treat for me. the trick is to start with a 1/4 cup of cor then add a cup of water. micro it for about 90 sec then take it out stir it put it back in 30 sec and repeat until you get it to the thickness you want. dont walk away from it either or it will boil over on you. may need to add a little water to it after the protein powder but once you nail the cooking process down you wont need to anymore
