              toss in npp eod and roll with it. the cold weather months are nice and friendly to us old beat up guys. i like to keep it in even if it is low end dosing pretty much year round

                Good evening FG. Got a little arms in this evening. Guns has me pretty excited about trying that pwo radiate in the morning. Sure am glad I talked to him this morning or I would have taken it just an hour ago that would have been funny about 1 in the morning.

                        Good morning FG. Got some back in this morning. Man it will be nice when I'm back in the groove. I took one serving of the radiate pwo. Definitely thermogenic. I drank at 445 this morning at 520 I was driving to the gym and the sweat started. And it's 39° outside.
