    when you are feeling so good that you can push hard it is damn hard to keep a tad little bit in the tank and not over do it. i did it myself today. i feel really good but know i need to keep myself in check. when you get to the point where you can know when to say when and when to give a little more you are good to go. it's a hard act to balance though that's for sure because you dont want to leave any at the gym but then again you want to live for another good day haha

        I feel ya brother hopefully. I can keep myself from doing something stupid. I know my numbers aren't big but my training partner is like what the hell man. So if he's surprised I know it's a good thing

          i keep telling myself screw the numbers man. i go until form starts to go a little bit and i cut it off or drop the weight. i am not a power lifter so i am not pushing numbers any more. they will go up with good form but i try to stop chasing them a long time ago. i get silly every now and then haha but i try to keep it to a minimum though

            I'm listening let me ask you this with muscle memory. Do you think I will have to get as strong as I once was to start growing good again or will it be a all new natural progression.

                            Good morning FG. Decent leg day little short on time. Going to sign papers this morning. Giving my daughter and son n law a acre of land to build a house on. I got to grow up with my grandparents in my back yard and am very happy that my grandbabies are going to get to do the same.
