    Just got back from Vacation, and surprise I put on 4 lbs.

    Time to re-dedicate and finish what I started.

    Current Weight and BF%: End Result: 272 lbs; BF 28.1%

    Here is what I am taking:

    250mg Test E – Mon, Wed, Fri
    10mg Dianodrol – Daily
    400mg T4 - Daily
    1000mcg – HGH Frag 176-191 (Morning Before Gym) Daily & 500mcg Night Time Before Bed
    400mcg Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide Before Bed
    250mg DNP (Morning Before Gym) Daily, 250mg Night Time (Sun, Mon, and Tuesday Only)
    1200mg Phosphatidyl Choline Complex – Daily
    595 mg Potassium Gluconate – Daily
    Irons Champs AM/PM Fat Burner – Twice Daily
    1 scoop Alphamine Pre-Workout

    Here is the workout schedule:

    Mon – Fri 45 Min Elliptical Cardio, then 45-60 Minutes Weights

    Mon & Sat – Run 3.5 Miles + Thursday Night Softball

          Notes: I’m going to dial back the test to 500mg a week and work on leaning out.
