    200mg T4 - Daily
    1000mcg – HGH Frag 176-191 (Morning Daily )
    250mg DNP (Morning Before Gym) Daily, 250mg Night Time (Sun, Mon, and Tuesday Only)
    1200mg Phosphatidyl Choline Complex – Daily
    Irons Champs AM/PM Fat Burner – Twice Daily
    1 scoop Alphamine Pre-Workout
    Phentermine - Daily

    Here is the workout schedule:

    Mon – Fri 60 Min Elliptical Cardio, then 45-60 Minutes Weights

    Mon & Sat – Run 5.0 Miles + Thursday Night Softball

    Average (Daily): 4054 Calories: 216g Protein (25%); 124g Fat (33%); 355g Carbs (42%) Sugars 135g

    End Result: 262 lbs; BF 27.4%

    Lean Mass Increased 0.5 lbs; Body Fat Increased 0.5 Lbs

    Notes: Started the new week on Monday trying to limit calories to 2200-2500

      On Vacation Aug 8 – Sep 8th

      I had been dieting for 11 months at this point, and was getting burned out. I took the month off from dieting and stopped running as well. Continued working the weights and really pushing myself in the gym. We have restaurant month down here that offers a reduced three course dinner with a portion of the proceeds going to charity. So the wife and I were eating out 3+ times a week. It was a nice break, and I certainly enjoyed not having to count my calories. No surprise, I put on 16 lbs. (6.6 lbs lean mass, 9.4 lbs fat though as well.) So for the past year I lost a grand total of 58 lbs.

      Starting fresh with a new goal weight of 225lbs. Currently 278 lbs, 29.2% BF.

        Average (Daily): 3326 Calories: 188g Protein (24%); 111g Fat (32%); 301g Carbs (44%) Sugars 126g

        End Result: 272 lbs; BF 28.4%

        Lean Mass Decreased 2.0 lbs; Body Fat Decreased 4.0 Lbs

            Bro your doing awesome!! Keep up the good work. If having a sick pack and being buff was easy there be no reason to be so proud ofyour sucess. Its easy to maintain once you get there. Dont give up push threw . one ? Why did you chose dbol and test e rather than var and test p. Or a cutter?

              Thanks brother. I'm happy with progress so far. I ran var, tbol, and clen early in the year, just wanted to switch things up really. Just sticking with test till I hit 245 again.

              I have a treasure trove of cut stack and tren e saved up to help finish tearing it down to final goal weight of 225.
