Good job with the 120s bro... when people ask you how much you lift on dumbbell inclines you can literally say "all of it".

I'm going to breath new life into my log soon. I've had a ton of personal issues this year and its takeing alot to get over it, im way out of shape for how i like to be :/.

Positive side is im very lean and i want t keep that way and just build lean muscle.

I'll be starting out with just the basics. I have my own small gym in my garage and as I progress past can be done here. ill join a nice local gym that just opened and go from there/

I've missed some days putting on here, just got busy and forgot to write it down.

Monday I did chest. I broke my damn toe, accidentally kicked a door. I don't know how someone can how that but I did lol. I tired to wait a few days to hit my legs or back, but its still slowing me down so I did shoulders and tri's today and will do back tom, hopefully it will e normal by then.

                              shoulder shrugs: 315x10 3 sets, 225x15
                              side raise machine: 4x15
                              rear delt flys: 5x15
                              Seated BB sh press: 4x10
                              skull crushers: 4x20
                              v-bar pushdowns: 4x15

I gained about 5 good solid pounds in 4ish weeks. I went to the doc and weighed about 215 and came back and was 226 on the same scale. They said you must be eating good huh? and I said "Why yes maam I am " haha.

I've been trying to stay fairly lean so I've been eating five times a day and a shake too on days I workout. That seems to be doing what i want.

                                Fri. today:

                                Back/bi's

Bent over BB rows: 225x10 5sets
t-bar rows: 4x8 I held the lift to my chest on every rep and squeezed my lats
lat pulldowns: 6x10 3 sets in front of the head, 3 behind
                                deads: 3x20 I could only do 225

                                db curls: 5x10
                                BB drag curls: 3x15

One of my goals for the near future next year maybe is tp be able to deadlift 500lb and stay under 250lb. The last time I lifted that much I weighed alot more than that, so if I can do this I'll be quite a bit leaner and still be strong.
