Yes sr I do right now it's working well for me I work out in morning fasting so 30 before I go to the gym I have the carb protein mix with creatine,bêta-alaine , pwo supp and two scoops of bcaa same after workout minus the pwo

if you are still using the orals then that most likely is going to be the first guess. my suggestion would be if you want to keep running them then grab some taurine and hit 1-2g 3x per day. that will get rid of it pretty quickly. also make sure you are hammering 2 + gallons of water a day, you can get the same back pumps from being dehydrated also
