        day five i gotta say i am feeling on top of my game even a little cocky , wake up and im swole i feel big today cant wait for the wife to wake up and go train arms with me today.guns u are right red meat and tatters making huge diff in this cycle. getting 500 grams of protien ed 500-600 carbs and around 5-6k cal thank u for the macro info its working bro pics coming this evening

          contrary to popular belief i do know a little every now and then and protein doesnt make you fat. all those extra cals should make you grow like a mad man haha
