    Super short day, back on call for work. The only thing I can say is anyone can lose weight without being hungry by eating tilapia. It takes so much fish all day long to build up enough protein and calories to keep a body running.

    Thursdays

    Chest and Shoulders

    Bench Press 45x20 wide, 45x20 narrow, 45x20 regular grip
    Pullovers 30x20x3
    Dumbbell shrugs 15x20x3
    Fly Machine 60x12x3
    Reverse pec deck 40x12x3
    Ab machine 30x20x3

    1/2 English Muffin W/ 1tbsp peanut butter
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins, grapefruit juice
    1 scoop Gold Standard whey shake / vitamins
    Tilapia
    Tilapia
    2 scoop Xtreme Formulations, Ultra Peptide Casein Lemon Cream Pie flavor w/ water
    3+ liters water/ 1/2 lemon in gym water
    Pro 131, Carb 33, fat 14, Cal 1012

                    This has really been a tough week, physically and mentally. I'm just glad I actually got to the gym 5 times. Diet was pretty good until Friday when on call work kicked in.

                    Wrist curls on preacher pad 30x20x3

                    Seated wrist curls 45x20x2, 45x15x1 killed my forearms huge pump

                            Good start to my week! Different gym so I should be good and sore tomorrow. Used the Old Nautalus machines. Pump Juice Extreme kicked in at the first sip. Looking forward to a much better week.
