          Awesome Trix I love couldn't have gone to a better person. I had great time meeting both you. By the way my wife is a bit happier now that the shirt is gone.

                Going to try to get back to my daily log.

                Wednesdays and Saturdays:

                Quads/Tri’s

                5 min StairMaster warm-up
                Leg extensions 30x60x3 20 upper partials, 20 lower partials 20 full rang
                Tricep 60x16x3
                Hack 45x12x3
                Slant Board oblique work 20x3
                Single leg extension 40x12x1, 50x12x2
                Overhead Rope 30x12x3
                Seated Leg Press Machine 100x12x3
                HS Ab 10x20x3

                Done for the day, cut a bit short due to the soreness and fatigue from super tough workouts all week. I think the heat is getting to us a bit, working outside in 110+ heat every day. Overall a great week of hard work.

                  i am heavier than i have ever been show ready and my waist is the smallest it has ever been even in the low 200s. now what i have done during this recomp is i cut my portion sizes way way back on protein increased my carb intake and now i only do ab work when i am in a cal def. i will not train abs or lower back at all ever again in a cal surplus. that and the addition of the vacuums have got my waist down to 30 and i am weighing in daily in the upper 230s on low carb and low 240s on high carbs. i am actually impressed with myself at how small i have actually been able to get it haha. i also added in the waist trimmer neoprene belt with the artic balm whenever i train legs or back to keep my midsection warm and protect my lower back. i take it off before cardio and dont wear it any other time. i dont think it has made a difference in down sizing at all but it has helped with my back issues a lot

                    Thanks for the specific info in here. I just went to my meal planning page and realized I haven't written in it since January, 'Bad Girl'. I will start putting it up maybe you can help me tweak it in.

                      keep put them up and i will take a peek and see what we can figure out. i pulled 8lbs off the boss in one carb cycle using someone else's numbers just to prove they were cheating and not following my guidance. sad thing is the lady i was helping is heavier and younger than the boss so she should have been dropping mad weight. needless to say no longer a client
