      Tuesday:

      OK I think I am figuring out something. I have been so sluggish or flat out wanting to be in bed all day long for about 2 weeks now. Back to my therapy and back to the Chiropractor and I may even have a massage this week. Felt good in the gym today and was feeling very strong and pumped by the last ham ds. Going to start tracking my diet again and just hope that progress will follow.

      Biceps/ Hams Tuesday/Friday

      StairMaster 5 min warm-up
      Seated leg curl 78x60x3
      Barbell Preacher curls 25 x30x1, 35x20x2
      SL Dead lifts 40x20, 60x16, 70x12
      Roller work
      Plated Leg Press 3 pps x 12x3
      Wide grip cable Bi 40x20, 50x16, 60x12
      Lie down leg curl 40, 50x20, ds 65,50,40,30,20x10ea no stopping
      Rolled my back and legs
      20 minutes Row machine

            The same reason I ended up being 'Fat Mom' from the beginning. Life got in the way and I wasn't seeing any progress. Thank you for this question it will get me thinking about my goals. Luv you gusto! Thanks.

              Had a strong workout til the last tri set that killed my back.

              Quads/Tris Wednesday/ Saturday

              Leg extensions 50x30x3
              Dips counterweight 48lbs 16x2, x12x1
              Hack 45x25x3
              Slant board crunches past the lowest position 25x3
              HS Single leg ext. 45 on easy peg 16x3
              Overhead tri cable pull 50x16, 60x12 back got hit right here, 40x12
              Seated Leg Press Machine 95x25x3
              HS Ab Crunch machine 10x5x3
              Treadmill at 15 incline, 3.0 speed 20 minutes

              Flax glutamine, pre workout, vitamins
              Shake + vitamins
              Egg white omlette
              Tilapia
              Tilapia
              Shake

                Jst got a 45 min. cardio session in and going to get back at it tomorrow. Love to all who help me out.

                  I've been doing am fasted cardiovascular 4 in a row then started program with a leg day on day 3 and my ass was beat down hard for the next few days...

                      ere it is I ot 2 total workouts in and 2 two-a-days in. Went back to te Ciropractractor. Spilled Fireball on my computer keyboard so some of my keys don't work.

                          When I hit a wall or stop seeing progress I look at it as my body's way of saying, is that all you got? Keep crushing, you know the progress will come. I've only skimmed this log but the changes you've made are amazing.

                            K, I was on vacation for 4 days and only skipped Sunday and Monday workouts. Went to 24Hour Fitness in Santee CA on Tue. for my Ham/Bi day great gym and workout. Got back home with no weight gain. I'm getting my work in the gym done and will be posting better when my keyboard is fixed. Tonight will be my 2nd 2-a-day this week.
