    Yesterday, Monday:

    Back to the gym for a great chest day. My main focus is the butterfly machine. Keeping my reps pulling the chest muscles. I have tended to pull to 45 degrees then push the rest of the rep out, so I flattened my palms and straightened my arms a bit to make sure I was pulling the whole time and it worked. Totally paying for that in my chest today.

    Monday Chest, Back

    Stretched out
    Bench press ba rx40 x wide, narrow, regular
    Pull Overs 30x16x3
    DB Shrugs 27.5x16x3
    Fly machine Chest 70x12x3
    Rear delt 40x16, 50x12, 60x8
    Roller work
    Cable Lat pulls 75, 90, 105 x12 ea.
    Plated incline chest press 35lb plates x 12x3
    Hoist Chest Press Machine 130x12, 120x10, 90x12
    Row Machine 4500M

    Flax, glutamine, vitamins
    Gold standard shake w vitamins
    Protein Bar
    Mexican food

          Yesterday:

          Great day, felt strong in the gym and my lower back was much better but I'm still heading to the Chiropractor tomorrow cause now something under my left shoulder blade is killing me. I was very excited to go to a no carb day and just get my diet back in order. A little over a year ago if I had a bad diet day or week I would just give up and never get back on track. This new lifestyle has me happier on my healthy diet and exercise program. Thanks a million to everyone here who keeps me motivated by looking and or contributing to my thread. Especially to Baby1 and FUZO for having this forum here for everyone. I love you all!

              Went to the Chiropractor after a great workout. Had a chat with my beastly buddy's wife to make plans for my East Coast visit in June. Life is great. Went Sport Book hopping to get some bets down on the Masters Golf tournament and gave my selfie stick to a tourist. Saw some of the degenerate gamblers we used to have to see every day during Football season. My life is great and weird.

                            as low as your cals are i have no clue why you arent dropping. you are well under maint cal even lower than what i like. it could be the supps keeping you from seeing the scale move from both water and muscle.
