    Doesn't mean much in my world except that my hardest workouts are done for the week and I have a half acre of yard work in my plan.

    Biceps/ Hams Tuesday/Friday

    Stair Master 5 min warm up
    Seated leg curl 79x60x3
    Barbell Preacher curls 25x30x1, 35x20x1, 45x8x1
    SL Deadlifts 70x16, 80x12, 90x12
    Slant board side to side crunches 20x3
    U-Tread Squat 135x16, 180x12, 225x12
    Wide grip cable bicep 70x12, 80x11, 90x7
    Lie down leg curl 40, 50x16 ea. ds 65, 50, 40, 30, 20x10 stops to change pin only
    HS Ab Machine 20x25x3
    Treadmill 15 incline 2.5 speed for 20 minutes, back of my legs are killing me then Rake walks up and says ‘2-a-day today??’

    Zumba for 1 hour

    Low Carb 30 Cal 1600 2/27
    2 Whole eggs
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins
    2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w Almond Milk / vitamins
    Ground Turkey
    1 can all white albacore
    Grilld chicken breast
    2 Scoop MyoFusion w/ 1C almond milk

      prob a little closer to 18-20 days to come down. unfortunately the secret is i am 3/4 water buffalo and it is almost entirely water that comes off lol. tightening down my carbs sources and sodium and the water just comes right off for the most part

        I think it may sound creepy if I say "I wan'na be like guns" I'm thinking Water Buffalo has a leg up on Swine though. LOL

                Done, off to do yard work and see a movie.
