    Thanks for the props on strength at least I know I can hit a goal when I go after it. Now, if I have to be this heavy to be strong than I really don't care much for it. I will be starting a cut in Jan and probably won't ever bulk again. Just want to look moderately muscled but proportionately thin.

        Got a cardio day in yesterday, (Sun) but skipped my regular chest/back day today. My legs have been wrecked ever since I did those adductors and abductors Sat. I have gotten 2 nights of near perfect sleep though. life is great thanks to all of you for encouragement even when I don't do so well. I get so excited when someone says they can tell we work out all the time and without all of you I would have never have had the joy of this experience.

                  Back extensions 15 reps 3 sets
                  Rotary Incline Chest 30x12, 40x12, 50x10
                  Pull Overs 30x12, 35x12, 40x12
                  DB Shrugs 30x12x3
                  Fly machine Chest 20x16x1, 30x12x2
                  Rear delt 50x12, 65x10, 80x8
                  Cybex Ab 50, 60, 70x35ea
                  Military Press 25lb plates x12x3
                  Rotary Shoulders 25 x12, 40x12, 50x9
                  Machine bench press 60x12, 70x10, 80x8
                  Low Row 60x12, 70x12, 80x8
                  Ab crunches 100x2
                  Row machine 1500M

                            WOW! Guys, thank you so much for the encouragement. This is my first year really making goals dieting, strengthening and building. I was thinking I'm crazy to want to build at this age but this ended up being a great experience for me. One thing I know for sure is that after my next cut I will not be left with Barbie arms. LOL. Thanks again 1bigun11 and slayer01994 new to my thread means a lot to me. Luv as always MM my steady cheering section.

                                Quads/Triceps Tuesdays & Fridays

                                Stairmaster level 10 warmup 5 min
                                Leg extensions 50x60x3(warmup)
                                Dips Machine 135x16, 150x12, 165x10
                                Hack Squats 135x16, 180x14, 225x8
                                Cybex ab Machine 50x35, 60x35, 70x35
                                Single Arm Tri machine 30x25, 40x16, 50x12 this machine tends to be lighter
                                Single leg extension 50x12, 60x12, 70x7
                                Single cable Tri 30x12, 7, 8 each arm
                                Ab Crunches 100x2, 50 each side

                                I ate a ton today:
                                Flax, glutamine and vitamins and Pre workout
                                1 1/2 C Turkey Chili for breakfast
                                2 Scoop Myofusion shake w/vitamins post workout
                                Sirloin steak and asparagus for lunch
                                Cobb Salad w/ Ranch dressing for dinner
                                Iso fusion shake before bed
