    OK, did a ton of pre workouts yesterday that made me feel like Superwoman so Rake cut me back today. New supplement TwinLab Yohimbe 8.0 Fuel only without the PS Amino Linx. I was awake but not quite like the Energizer Bunny I was yesterday. Also not as sick a stomach after. I love the gym we are at now cause there are more real muscled people in here. I am finally looking like a bb'er got a couple coments over the weekend that made me feel great. Petty, I know but I will take what I can get. LOL

    Quads/Triceps Tuesdays

    Leg extensions 40x60x3(warmup)
    Dips Machine 60 counter weight x12x1 couldn’t do this so moved to the dip machine 90x12x2
    Hack Squats 90x20, 135x12x2
    Cybex Ab Crunch 70x25x3
    Single arm tricep 20x16, 25x14, 30x12
    Single leg extension 30x16, 35x14, 40x12
    Tricep rope pull 70x16, 80x14, 90x8
    Ab Crunch 200x2
    Rowing machine, 2000m 14 minutes

    Low Carb 30, Cal 1500 11/4
    1 whole egg
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins,
    2 scoop MyoFusion Choc-pb flavor/ 2 c almond milk
    3 whole eggs
    Rubio's Chicken Chopped Salad
    2 scoop IsoFusion Orange Cream
    Pro 154g, Carb 29g, Fat 40g, Cal 1490

          OK, totally went off the reservation on Tuesday. The plan looked great BUT, sent the boys out at 6:30pm to get Popeye's Chicken. Those who know me know I never eat late at night. But I totally went for it, 2 thighs, red beans and rce and 2 biscuits with Honey. I usually try to keep my cheats within my macros for the day but totally went off with this one. Did have a Great work out the next day. I'll post that tomorrow if I have time. My Biceps still hurt.

              Spider walks 1 minute 2x
              Back extensions 12 reps 3 sets
              Bench Press 65 x 20 wide, 16 narrow, 20 regular, Orange band end to end on the bar and under the bench
              Pull Overs 40x12, 45x12, 50x8
              DB Shrugs 30x12x3
              Fly machine Chest 20x12x1, 25x12x2
              Rear delt 50x12, 65x12, 80x12
              Cybex Ab 70x25x3
              Lat puldowns 80x16, 90x14, 100x12
              Rotary Incline Chest 30x16, 35x14, 40x12
              T-Bar 25x12x3
              Vertical Chest 20x20, 40x16, 50x12
              Rotary Upper Back 30x20, 40x16, 50x12

              I'm not really paying close attention to my diet numbers. I am packing good whole food like Grilled chicken breasts, Ahi tuna steaks raw, some nuts and cottage cheese. Making sure I don't overeat and that I get at least 1 shake in every day workout or not, along with my vitamins. I know it's working even though I haven't weighed.

                  Thank you very much we will be looking forward to it. I'm getting lazy with only 3 workout days. I actually passed on an extra day last week so I could get some decent food prepared for the weekend. Still felt bad for passing it up.

                            YAY!! I got an extra workout in yesterday. We blew through the gym in less than an hour. Then back to work.
