    Great day today strong workout and I got in a huge argument with a guy. I'm sure it will provide some interesting gossip at the gym for a couple weeks. Some poeple are just jerks! Too bad I don't go back in til next Monday.

    Biceps/ Hams Wednesdays

    5 Min Stairmaster level 8
    Seated leg curl 79x60x3
    Bicep, bar 25x30x1, 35x23x1, 45x 13x1
    U-Tread squat 135x20, (180x20) , 225x 20, (each rep went to the bottom came half way up then back down then up to the top)
    Slant board side crunches 25x3
    Single arm Machine Curls Thin orange band pulled around the seat 10x14x1, 10x10x2 had to help myself a bit on the last couple reps of the last set both arms
    Lie down leg curl 65x16, 75x12, 85x12 I remember when I could barely lift 65 on this ha
    HS Plated Bicep 25x16, 30x12, 35x10
    HS Ab crunch 20, 30, 40x25 ea
    Row Machine 1000m

    High Carb 100, Cal 2000 Monday 10/9
    Oatmeal 1/4 C
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins, Grapefruitjuice

                Mondays fun-days! Back at it and the JERK didn't show this morning. Rake says we were too early but I don't think so. we got 1/3 of the way through and then got sent out to work so we got to finish up at another gym, that I have been wanting to go to for a long time. Totally different equipment and a real learning curve for sure.

                I had a cheat meal yesterday, Breakfast Jack and small fries with secret sauce.

                Mondays Chest, Shoulders and Back

                Spider walks 1 minute 2x
                Back extensions 12 reps 3 sets
                Bench Press 55 x 23 wide, 17 narrow, 17 regular grip, wrapped thin orange band around each end of the bar and under the bench
                Pull Overs 30x24, 35x16, 40x16

                Fly machine Chest 70x12, 75x12, 80x12 SS w/ 25lb db raises x16 in between

                    Love my work out days! Get to use a different gym and getting super sore just from the varying types of equipment. We are trying to get a special pass to the gym at the casino we are working on the weekends, if so we will be back in business for 6 days a week. Yay

                      Great day today! Love this more serious gym, no one talks to me and that is nice. I am going out tonight to Blue Martini, so I will be having some Seared Ahi and part of a Lobster Salad at least. Thinking I may splurge on a POP-Tart Martini too. Love licking the rim of the glass on that one, it must be marshmallow with crushed Pop-Tart. Diet plan is weak so now you know why. LOL I will end up short on protein and way over on carbs today.

                            Great day to be alive! The gym 'killed me' today, everything is sore and I felt wimpy. The machines are so different and it seems like i can't use any weight. I know in my head I am getting stronger so guess that will have to be enough. Looked at some pics from July and it is clear that the fat is coming off it is just a slow process. The Best thing about today is that Diva made me a new avatar and I LOVE IT!
