No, qhams, in fact I fairly hated to be in the kitchen until I joined this contest and found F.I.S.T.'s Kitchen. All of the dinners I made before would not fit into a healthy lifestyle while I'm dieting. This is all new and fun. Thanks for visiting me!
GAME ON!! Today is the beginning of my 2 a-days at the gym. I had a great morning work out very strong and I'm headed back for Cardio this afternoon. I'm not sure yet how many extra workouts I will add in, I'm just trying to change it up a little. I got to lay by the pool for 40 minutes today. About that top I want to get in.. not even close yet, hope my new schedule helps. I wont have a meal to post today, spent my time tanning.

I spent the day in the air between two beasts witch means I have no elbow room at all. Then then I lose my readers on the return trip, Thanks TSA for dumping my purse. JACK *-SSES. I had two bags of RITZ cHEESE CRACKERS AND 2 BAGS of SW peanuts and a SUBWAY Club. 1/2 for lunch 1/4 for dinner. We always have a dispute for seating so the Vodka was for free. Bad day but I'm on to two-a-days from here. I didn't even ask for this business trip. They just needed someone named Trixie.
Hey, today I figured out why they put handles on those leg extension machines. Aparently if you are using enough weight you need the handles to hold your butt down. LOL! So now you can figure out that I have changed my weights today. I read a couple of great articles this morning and Since I'm willing to try anything I'll do it. I had already made the small change of resting only 1 minute between sets, it was harder. I felt so strong today guess it was either the day off or I wasn't really challenging myself before. I'm gonna play with this heavier weight thing til the end of the contest and see where it gets me. I love being home!!! Here's my day so far.

haha i am never mia, i check at least 2 or 3 actually more times a day. i have had to pull a crappie travel or two before while dieting. good to see you kept it good and didnt freak on anyone. i have very little patience for people when i am hungry and tired

i would never point a finger at roid rage ever lol. i just dont do very good when i am hungry or sleepy nor do i tolerate people in my personal space very well. i am an easy going person for the most part but i dont like having a lot of people in my personal space or being in the middle of big crowds. funny thing is even since i was small i didnt do to well when i was hungry or missing sleep. i am a closet fat kid that likes to eat but i also like to compete and stay in shape too but man i love me some food.
keep up the good work on those two a days. hopefully i want be joining you in them in a few weeks myself lol. that makes me extra grumpy too
