    trixiw i think it's time for you and rake to move in so you can cook me visually appealing meals haha. mine just look plain and pitiful lol. it's good to see you are making it fun and creative so it's much easier to stick with for a longer period of time.

      My heart leapt when I saw your avatar on my thread. I've been missing you!! and actually got a little jealous when I saw you post on MM's Girl. Dont tell Rake, he thought he scared you off cause I was talking about you too much. Your meals are just perfect for what you are trying to achieve. I have been peeking in on you every day and your progress is incredible! You can fix prettier meals during bulking season. Rake has me keeping with the style diet I have followed during the contest and I have done well with it but I really want to switch to your system afterward so I can lose the rest of the weight/fat. Rake also says my meals are pretty and taste better now that I want a good picture to post. It's true. Anyone can do it just a little more care/luv.

        OK day in the gym, OK at best. I think Rake got me drunk and took advantage of me last night. I tredged it all out and got in a good work out. Had a grilled Chicken, Spinach and Mozzarella for my main meal today. This is an easy and tasteful meal on the run. Rake has me pound the breasts to the same thickness so they grille faster.

        Triceps and Front of legs, Tuesdays and Fridays

        5 min warm up Stair master
        Hack squat 50x l2x3
        Hoist dips, 100 lbs x16x3
        Leg extension 102x12x3
        Slant board side to side crunches (holding a 10 lb weight) 35x3
        Single arm tricep 30x12x3
        HS ISO Single Leg Extensions 30x12x3 (moved weight to hardest position)
        Triceps pull down Rope 80x16x3
        Hammer strength Ab Crunch 30x25x3
        Leg Press 110x16x1, 130x12x2
        Wide grip cable tricep 80x12x3
        Seated Leg Extension 100x12x3
        Ab crunches 150x2, 300x2
        10 min Treadmill 4.0 incline 3.0 speed


        2 c coffee
        ½ c oatmeal w/ 1 pinch of raw local bee pollen.
        Flax, glutamine, vitamins
        1 Mango
        Off to workout
        2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w water / vitamins
        Handfull of raw almonds
        Grilled Chicken W Sauteed Spinach and Mozzarella
        1 Scoop Syntha-6 Strawberry Milkshake flavor w/ water
        3 liters water

          TELL ME! Does anyone else have the giant chicken breast problem? I am buying boneless skinless breasts at Sam's Club. OK I finally weighed these breasts and they are between 11 and 15 oz.. I wanna know where they grow these things and see how big their man children are. No wonder I have gained weight. Even eating half is way above my limit for the day. Tore up the gym today it's either that I stayed in bed all day after my workout yesterday OR the new tennis skirt I wore. Love skirts they make me feel sexy and cute.

              that's where i get mine also and yes they are massive. something you can do is get the boneless skinless breast tenders. they are easier to measure and work with and cook faster as well. i eat a pound at a time myself but the tenders make you feel like you are eating more lol or less if that's what you are going for.

                  looks like you are throwing up some beast numbers on some of your lifts there. i will also add that if i did that many crunches they would need the jaws of life to pry my back upright. that's intense

                    Thanks Guns, so encouraging as usual. I don't really care much about the weight I just want to continually challenge myself and build the muscle to eat away the fat. I really do want Abs badly though and I was at a stalemate so had to rev it up a bit. Looked at the shoulder exercises you gave HM and this will be good for me too. My rt shoulder holds me back on quite a few things like dips. I am so happy to be learning so much thanks a million!

                      if you guys dont have bands at your gym check out elitefts.com. the short pro bands are the ones you use for the spider crawls then the others you can pretty much use any light bands. i picked up the mountain dog training band pack so i got a pair of each one

                        Yesterday was a complete CHEAT all day. Went to the gym for Zumba and the class was canceled. I turned around and walked out without so much as signing in. NO Workout. Met Rake at work, and for us that is a casino. We were starved so promptly took off for Subway. I ate half of my sandwich (6 inches) sounds ok now. Back to the casino and plopped down at the Sports Bar at 2pm. Met some friends and I have no idea what time we came home. I woke up this morning with a bed full of pita chips and the wrapping from the other half of the sandwich on my bathroom counter. No sandwich.

                          dont sweat the small stuff. one cheat in all that time isnt going to break the bank. you wanna know the good part? you may just have sparked your metabolism back into firing properly.

                            I put in a pretty good day today. I got to tan by the pool and try on new swimsuits. I cooked a decent meal and got back to the gym. I like it.
                            I do have one problem, My hair is falling out, can anyone sympathize?? LOL

                              not cool the hair is coming out but i can relate. i started shaving my head in the military and would only grow it back during deployments. then i didnt grow it back at all for about 3 years straight, now it grows great on the sides and fast but not so much on the top lol. if i were a beating man i would say you are shedding a little hair from your diet changes and your body adapting to it. i am no doc but that would be my first guess.

                              as for the tingling from the nano vapor that is perfectly normal and a good sign that it is working and doing what it is supposed to do
