    Doesn't look like a whole lot in paper but I sped up the pace, ran with super sets, and got a good pump and sweat on. Heart was pumping and breathing was heavy by the end.

            Whenever I'm without the gym or on vacation I basically just revert back to my teenage years before I had a gym membership or owned any weights. About my diet is crap right now the workouts are a good change of pace for a couple weeks

              Looks like you are getting in some pretty good workouts especially for being on vacation. Relax and have some fun too, don't be too hard on yourself there is always time for that when you get home and back to work. Way to be dedicated.

                Quick little workout in my sisters culdesac today. I actually planned on doing more but my lower back felt really fatigued and sore today. Quick pump and sweat and called it quits.
