done for the day. well we kicked this one off with a serious kick in the sack. i am beyond beat the hell down. that is by far one of the most brutal workouts i have done in a minute. legs shaking and buckling the whole 9 yards. by the time we got finished my shorts looked like spandex their was so much blood in them. this is going to be interesting to say the least. good some good weight moving and everything went and felt really good. sinuses not so much and i was on the verge of puking pretty much for the duration but made it without hitting the bucket. i am hoping i am not crippled sore over the next few days. good stuff.

    machine leg press 390x20/4

done for the day. another nice easy fast pace delaod leg day. now i did have a small issue with both my knees and my it band tighten up squatting today. i worked the slow slow negatives with a long pause at the bottom with exploding out of the hole working to recover my cns. knees have been hurting since the cold weather moved back in so that i already had going on. so i figure since they were already angry it was going to be an issue. i am pretty sure that's what made the it band get tight and not happy at all. it was only temporary and i finished the session up strong but i cut it off before getting to 300 on squats. dont want to tap to far into recovery since it is deloading and this is going to be a very very brief deload.
