    machine leg press 390x20/4

done for the day. another nice easy fast pace delaod leg day. now i did have a small issue with both my knees and my it band tighten up squatting today. i worked the slow slow negatives with a long pause at the bottom with exploding out of the hole working to recover my cns. knees have been hurting since the cold weather moved back in so that i already had going on. so i figure since they were already angry it was going to be an issue. i am pretty sure that's what made the it band get tight and not happy at all. it was only temporary and i finished the session up strong but i cut it off before getting to 300 on squats. dont want to tap to far into recovery since it is deloading and this is going to be a very very brief deload.

    sup grip pulldown 60x10/4
    cable pullovers 100x10/4

done for the day. another deload day in the books and every damn joint on my body hurts like a mother. it is cold as polar bear nuts and i am feeling every bit of it. both painful joints and tired as hell. good thing this kicked in on an easy week. still able to get a really good session in and move blood around. once warm joints feel really good but damn if they dont hurt before and after. i hate cold freaking weather.

done for the day. my joints are nasty angry today. cold weather and pressure changed and every joint on my body is not happy at all. started up deloading sunday so i will get a full 4 days training in this week with nothing to failure and only moving blood around and keep everything moving and healing up. good session today in and out in under an hour. got a good pump going and other than my stupid joints everything felt really good. something else to note. i added 2 full inches to my calves during the 14 week run we just completed. not to shabby and i am still improving after all these years. we are going to keep hammering them for the rest of the year and see if we can do any more
