Thanks this will be the plan. Gonna get up details and stats in a bit. Tb500 will start a few days after surgery.

    Ok a little update.
Surgery is scheduled for 21st of sept.
Until then i wanna drop about 20lbs. Gives my almost 8 weeks i think. I really dont wanna think about it. Just wanna do it.
Think it would be beneficial for healing running trt test dose, gh or tb500 at all ahead of time. ??

nah. i dont think you are over reacting. all i would do until you can get confirmed what it is, is maybe flush the area with blood with very very light stuff that dont hurt and keep the cardio going. that way you are moving blood and still staying active. shoulder injuries are like back injuries the have an effect on damn near everything you do

lets make this more than food porn! Since ive been hurt logs havent been what they use to be.

Tonight i i did 30 minutes of jogging before all hell broke loose at work.

A motor burned up! Causing my office to smell horrible. Then a bucket elevators tracking is off. Shifted to one side and hitting the wall. Banging pretty badly. Had to shut it down. So i will be tied up for a little bit.
Knocking down some romain lettuce and grilled chicken and parm cheese. Some red wine vinegar, pepper. Lemon, oregano, little salt and 4 or 5 garlic croutons . some homemade dressing nothing fancy. Also crushed red peppers.

Will hit the gym after work.

Gonna drop cals back down, start dropping this fat and cardio like a mad man.

Thanks. Yes I have some gh. Will do.
    Tonight doing the cardio....

Finished off a 30+ minute jog /HIIT combo.

Now just finished of a 25 minute jog.

    Also did 2 sets of

    Standard push ups

    Military pushups

    Diamond push ups

    Gonna do some arms.

    Shoulder is feeling kinda heavy.

    Update in a bit.

Today i go back to discuss things with the dr. 12 or 12:30 appointment.

Kinda dragging ass. Dont want this decision to affect the family and their summer...

Gonna see what i can get done with arms.
Update later on. Get off of work at 7am.
