Fuck it. Im all in.. No more holdin back bullshit excuses. There is always time no matter what, and no matter whats wrong with me... Work around it if i have to.
After this recent battle i went through, my eyes have been opened to just how much i let myself use whatever was happening around me as a cruch or an excuse for the last 2 yrs. I never would of let anything screw up my training or mind set. I just focus and accomplished what i needed to do. I just did it. So it's time i got back to what i was known for. Grinding.. Always.

Ok as many of you know ive been out a few weeks. Due to kids, with the flu and me getting pneumonia. but im back.

Was a rough weekend with my crazy schedule. Doubled back a few days in a row. Yesterday i didnt accomplish much of anything.
Today fasted cardio 27minutes. Still tired from the weekend lack of sleep.
Was on 3-11 thru thursday. Then everything went to hell. Friday i worked 7p-7am, come right back in at 3pm worked til 11pm. Then come back at 7am until 7pm.. Feel like im dragging. I know i need some extra sleep tonight. I will make sure to get as much as i can.
1st meal
3 eggs- hot sauce- 2 pieces turkey sausage. Will get some more cardio by 11am.
Today will be pin #3 250mg test e.
Going to florida april 22nd. Gotta make it happen. Goal- fatloss minimum - 35lbs.
Not weight loss, but fatloss..
Gives me 13weeks.
Thought about upping my test to 500 or adding tren....hmmm anyway gotta go. Update in a bit.
Last night was a pretty good night.
I was on 3-11 this week at work. Friday had to go in 7p-7a. Have to be back by 3pm today for 3-11shift. Then be back by morning for 7a-7p. Besides changing my schedule i had a good night.
Finished one HIIT/ jog combo for 45 minutes.
Also another 30 minutes of HIIT.
Every 4th lap i would do 25 pushup, 25 lunges, 25 knee ups.
Push ups. Changed from standard, to military, to diamonds, to declines.
Also finished off shoulders and stretching.
Delts included. Hopefully i will sleep well this morning. I have to be back in here by 3pm. Update later everyone.
Monday will be my 3rd pin of 250mg of test e.

Did a partial leg workout out. Was kinda tired eyes were burning. Kept things kinda light.
Order was all messed up also. I like to do my big/power movements first. Didn't happen this way. Place was busy as hell.

My legs were so burned out. I was embarrassed as to not only doing 3 sets but almost half the weight i once was lifting. Trying to Walk i felt like the scarecrow from the wizard of oz. Wtf.
Almost bit the dust stepping off the curb.
Today i ended up having to work 3-11.This week including tomorrow im on 3-11.
Will hit the gym tonight after work.
Also, yesterday i was having issues with the right side of my neck and shoulder.
Not sure if the shoulder workout caused this tightness. I took 4 oz of red kratom and 1gr of green 20x brick rock resin then took a 30 minute HOT shower. Trying to relax the muscles. Did some stretching and layed on the floor on my back for about an hour. Pain and stiffness seemed to subside About an hour and a half after my shower and kratom.
Will update from the gym tonight. Hoping it is dead
Just finished up a late workout.
I feel good but shaky. I know i pushed myself thru this workout didnt take it slow or easy. Im gonna be sore 2 days from now! Lmao.. I just blew up arms. Will update when i get home.
I did some stretching before and after running earlier and some abs after running.
Will do my ab workout when i get home. Hopefully i will get some solid sleep today.
Will have to take some red kratom .
Also i forgot to mention im using Recons Organisms for support supps. Right now.
