Nothing like holding your head high. I think this loss may really mess her up emotionally and make a comeback very hard. She has always won and I think the way she is handling this defeat is worrisome.

Its all in skill and timing I think no one is invincible. I'll still spar with my buddy once in a while, he's only 160-170 lb but he a blackbelt and he always kicks my ass lol.Animal the manimalComment

shows that she isnt a true champion. a true champion would own it and use it as fuel to get better. put pics and videos up in their home as a constant reminder and a show that you dont get to damn big for your britches. i have pics that i take a look at from a loss that i had that i shouldnt have but it drives and makes me work freaking harder. your downfalls and losses should be a hell of a motivator at all levelsTGBSupplements REP

A true champion would just come out in sun glasses and take questions.RR got what she desrves.She can't box and everyone she fought always had in there head the take down and arm bar when they should of boxed her.RR can't box and Dana is cover RR ass and imo thats a insult to Holly.Danas bread and butter isn't going to be the same again when Rhonda gets beat again by other women fighters now.Holly will destroy her again no doubt in a rematch. She needed to be humbled. All that came out of her mouth for the past while was how great she is, how much she's paid, blah blah. A lot of arrogance.
