This is actually where I'm lacking and I need to come up with something. Right now it's just 80z of fair life milk and a protein bar... I'd like to drop the protein bar for some actual food.. getting up early and driving two hours to work makes it hard to get an actual meal in. I'm thinking oatmeal added in with the fair life would be a good place to start.

oatmeal with protein powder or cream of rice with protein powder mixed in would be a great start. for me now it's

i have my apple cider vinegar/lemon juice cocktail aright after cardio and about 20 minutes or so later i have 5 boiled eggs and a 1/2 cup of quaker quick oats with a dash of non-fat vanilla coffee creamer.

Every day/morning is the same. If not I️ freak out and don’t feel right. 2iu hgh then make coffee and wait an hour. Then 5-6 whole eggs; first season the pan with olive oil and chopped garlic, then add eggs, fresh ground black pepper and sea salt. Top with Tabasco sauce and 2 pieces of dry wheat toast. Eat, 1 hr later, steel cut oatmeal and fresh fruit.
