If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

LOL Man I think every gym has that guy. You don't even have to turn around. Just take a breath and you know he's there.
I prefer a gym that isn't too "friendly", I'm all for nodding and maybe a fist bump when I walk in but I'm there to train, bust ass and go home to eat and/or sleep. Not into the whole extraneous chatting ie how about that local sports team, did you watch the Batchelor last night etc? I avoid eye contact and conversation as much as possible in the gym, it's MY time and I get my hackles up when someone impinges on it.
