  • Here comes the heat!

How hot does it get in the summer where you live? What kind of air conditioner do you use?

We get our fair share of 100 degree days. My house is under a canopy of trees, but it is still too hot without ac. Im just using a portable ac unit from Home depot that is only good in one room so I need to buy another one or get a swamp cooler to stick in the window. I was going to get central air, but heard that shit is full of germs and fungi and that swampers are healthier.
I remember the days when ac was rare and everyone just used a fan. How did we do it? Back then, people went to the public swimming pool or drove up to the mountains to stay cool. Now everyone just stays inside with the ac on.

Its going to be in the 90s today. This is going to be one hellatiously hot summer. Get ready.

I have loved the heat all my life and certainly love the sunshine! WE start with the AC when it hits 50 cause Fuoz is hot 24/7. he freezes me out of the house. The heat doesnt make me feel as good as it used to though. I prefer around 70 and sunny

Hot and humid in my area too. So far, this summer hasn't been as hot as last summer, but the humidity sucks. Once we hit those 100 degree days, it's miserable in the sun and in the shade.

I just get up early and open the windows and let the house fill with cool air. the rest of the day I turn on the fan and pound iced long necks, I love summertime it just f'ing rocks compared to the dark n' miserable monsoons we have up here.

90-100'degrees had a train for central
Heat and air but it was 11k to replacement so we got three protable
Units and they make it more cool
In the house than the train for 75% less
