I got into a buddies car and there were fast food wrappers and drink cups and potato chip bags all in the floor boards and back seat and it STUNK!

he is driving around in a $30-35K vehicle and I do not know if he has ever cleaned it or even washed it. This is a pet peeve of mine. throw your crap away! you have to get out of your vehicle and there will be a damn trashcan near by.

I like this guy, he is my pal, but I told him I am never riding in his car again. he seemed offended. Oh well

Nope, your being a good friend. Maybe he wasn't aware he was a slob! Hopefully he's not taking the ladies out the trash mobile.

I personally gotta keep my cars clean but I also keep my house on point and the grass cut so its just me. My step daughter is a little piggy and every time I need to get in that car its foul.. spilt soda, food, wrappers.. stains.. 100% piggy. Her lifestyle isn't much different either. To each their own

Not rude at all. That kind of thing gets my OCD going lol. I need to have my car washed, vacuumed, and cleaned out weekly. My wife on the other hand has half her wardrobe in her car LOL.

I don't think you were rude.. some people just don't care about riding around like that.. for me I cant stand it I clean my truck weekly.. I never trash in my truck.. I helped my step daughter get her first car and it looked like a garage can inside that was the last car I helped her get.. I told her and her mom I can 2 weeks out of my life to help you find a car and then help you get that car and you cant take an hr a week or so to keep it clean...

some people just live like that...I've told all 3 kids it doesn't cost money to be clean just cant be lazy.. you are walking inside the house anyway take your trash with you daily and the car stays clean..

worse are the syrofoam coffee cups with a paper towel or tissue in the bottom that dries up and falls out so you have a cup shaped crunchy dip spit tissue in the floor
