    been to iceland and greenland also for a pretty good amount of time. i am not a big fan of cold weather, esp in the gear the military gives you haha. crap, i even have been snowed on in jordan and froze to the ground in iraq. it snows in iraq also. come to think about it every where i have ever been in the winter has been pretty nasty and had the worse weather ever. maybe that's just my luck

    There is something so peaceful when you go walking in the snow. So quiet and calm. At night, with the full moon, it will be utterly spectacular. I highly recommend it. I like to get out about 3 am with a headlamp and my dog and go for a walk in it. With the full moon tonight, you wont even need a light. Take advantage of it for sure.

    Wow, I see pics like that and all I want to do is gear up and get out in it! Nothing better than sloshing thru the snow for cardio. If you have some snow shoes , I hear you can fly in those things.

    I have a freind that owns a hotel in lakelure.com it's where the filmed dirty dancing I can get yall a nice room very cheap it's on the broad river and the lake 25 mins from everything I would be happy to help u if u like it's where we got married and our honey moon

    when I get my house done maybe the wife and I will take you up on that.. never took her on a honeymoon so I owe her..

    my brother just up to VA this past Christmas and then had to drive to PA to be able to ski..

    Awesome! I love it when it snows like that. Just stay home by the fire. I like when the whole state is shut down by a blizzard.

    i like snow but I don't live in it.. we would go to Detroit to see my grand parents growing up and we would always go during the winter to see the snow..
