here is a great ongoing thread here with a variety of music that we post daily. I don't listen to any music at the gym except what they play cause they play good shit,lol

I have everything from rap to techno to death metal. My go to stuff right now is five finger death punch, devil driver, kataklysm, slipnot, disturbed. Hip hop is a close second and when I'm at work I just shuffle everything. Oh and some 80s metal too.

I have an 80g ipod, I have a fraction of it filled, probably like 15,000 songs....most of it is rap, tupac, dmx, jayz, nas, onyx, joe budden, the game etc
on cardio days I listen to podcasts a lot...like joe rogan

I'm with the variety as well, lean more towards house mixes from Gareth Emery or Knife Party but also venture into old 80's hairbands like G&R, Crew, Tesla, or to more rock stuff from early 2000's like Disturbed, Manson, Three Days Grace, etc...always have to keep it interesting.
