Who gets a vacation this summer?
Just wondering what kinda vacation everyone is doing this year. It's been 5 years since me and the wife took a real vacation and money is super tight this year so we did not expect one agin. The wife needs one really bad so I prayed on it a while now. So about a hr ago my mom calls me and say that my entire family put funds together and want us to join them at the beach for a week in July I was so touched by this I can't wait to tell mrs mm she is gonna cry tears of joy I love my family and my god. She really needs a week off so bad family are truley a blessing from god. Just wanted to share this with my Fg family and hope all of u are blessed this summer also

I wont go on an official vacation, because I used them during my shoulder surgery. But we went to a lake with my family memorial day weekend. And my brother is having a fourth of July show at his place. We always do something in august because every one in my family's birthday is in august.
Myself, two aunts (one on the same day as mine)
one uncle, two nieces (one on the same day as mine) Three of my daughters. My wife and I got married on my daughter's birthday it was the same day we met three years earlier. So a lot of birthdays in August. Oh and my 3rd daughters name is August.Squats make the world go round.Comment

i haven't had a vacation in several yrs the wife and I are trying to finish the house we started building last year. finally got the construction loan finshed and we close next Friday.. so no vacation this year..and I also never took her on a honeymoon so maybe after the house is done we will go...

No trips but every weekend is a mini vacation for me. Now that Im farming in my spare time, theres not much time for anything else. I am thinking of having a labor day harvest party in 3 months. At the least , I hope the watermelons will be ripe to pick at that time. Maybe I will call it Dzones annual labor day watermelon blow out. lolComment
