Understand Gusto...a good coach/mentor/even leader knows when to step back and let those take the praise and glory, as well as knows when to step forward and take blame/criticism/stones, this was YOUR time, you put in all the blood, sweat, and tears, Guns and I know what it takes to get on stage and be at the level you were to do as well as you did, as coaches we draw up the plan...YOU and the others initiate it and put in the work!!! This is YOUR glory, and as you know if it wasn't for God this could never have happened!!! The glory of God and his strength we pull from to be our best...YOU did it!!!

Vacation and then start formulating a plan for next season! Recover and then slowly work back up and hopefully bigger with less fat and water. Guns is brainstorming the plan for next year.

THIS is key right here guns. The hardest part of advising, teaching etc, is to stay on those who don't take our advice. that's a big challenge and when we find someone who does, it is so gratifying and makes you feel good. You did awesome guns!

Small military one is Han Solo because the first thing I thought of when I saw it was Han Solo frozen in carbonite from empire strikes back and the lightweight one is mini me cause the most muscular looks like the one I do hahaha
