got to give a very big shout out to gusto from this weekend. i wont give out results because that's all up to him and i wont steal his glory but i will say it was a clean sweep across the board. anyone that knows me personally knows that i dont blow smoke up no one's butt nor do i readily had out kudos for no reason. this dude absolutely busted has butt for a very long run and followed what needed to be done. even when tired he still kept going and never quit cheated or deviated from the task at hand. i am very proud of what he was able to accomplish and the level he was able to achieve. this guy is a serious giant killer and actually slayed some dudes that were very very much larger than he was but he out conditioned and out muscled them with no issues at all.
i dont know how well he enjoyed the experience but from my end it was fantastic. this is only my second time being entirely dedicated to coaching someone while not competing myself and i had a blast. so much a blast that my voice is wrecked and for finals i gave myself a freaking nose bleed haha.
