Thanks everyone, as I am pounding down some food right now...was already back in the gym today with Nikki as no days off until peak week. The competition yesterday...it went well, I took 1st place in Men's Masters 40+, and 2nd place in Superheavy Open...requalified for Nationals as well...so now 13 days out from next competition where I will be going up against the same brother who I took 2nd to, so I get another chance at redemption. Coming home tonight, will post some photos when I get them. NPC Chairman came up to me after the show and said I came in the best he has seen me to date...so stoked about that.
Thanks for the support and yes guns this was just a tune-up show, but it ended up being the biggest show here in the 22 years it has been going...520 competitors, standing room only for the evening show, it was awesome!!!Comment

Well you know guns...at least they put us bodybuilders first so we don't have to wait for all the Men's Physique and Women's Bikini...yes they were there until 12:30 am or so...I was lucky and did my posing routine 6th from the beginning, then awards, then was done. 13 days brother and you are right, going to go into show in 2 weeks with a whole different mindset and attitude, want redemption. Just going to bring it in tighter and tighten up posing too. It will be great competing with Nikki too!!!Originally posted by guns01 View PostComment
