mar 21st ironman classic http://www.southernpowerlifting.com/contest.php?id=404 i missed the tennessee state championship with the stomach flu, so i jumped into this. looking for a new pr on the bench, hoping for 375 but i will be happy with a 365. my current meet best is a 350. according to powerlifting watch i am #36 in the country for the old and fat group lolsure would like to be in the top 25. i go into the next age group next month so this is my last chance in the 50-54 group. a 370 would put me in the top 10 in the federation. wish me luck, i start contest prep on monday
