My parents coming over for my dad's 79th bday. I am baking up a good cake for him. I love cooking/baking for them cause they appreciate a good meal and baked goods

Grateful that my left elbow doesnt hurt like it did on Wednesday. I was worried, but its healing and doesnt hurt.Inflammation is way down and didnt take anything except nutrients. whew.

The realization that I don't have to run uphill all day long if I don't want to. Some days I can just sit down, look at the progress I have made and tackle the rest of the climb tomorrow.

Amen to this. We all need to sit down at times and look behind us. To look at how far we have come instead of always looking at how much there is left to do.
