For living in a state where I can buy my own blood work. Not sure if I said this one before, but after seeing so many readings out of whack - and therefor being able to do something to fix them - I am once again grateful I do not live in one of the nanny states.

Making a conscious effort to be positive today. I have been bogged down by petty issues that have gotten under my skin. Time to refocus on whats really important and make the people around me happy.
