A very gracious family. I have been experiencing insomnia issues for about 4 weeks now. At first I thought it was just adrenaline from pre and post comp but it hasn't subsided yet. Think me and guns may have nailed down the culprits but 4 weeks of insomnia is enough to drive anyone batshit crazy. I'm on vacation visiting family and I've def had episodes of irritability and rage. They've been quick to forgive and to try and understand what I'm going through.

Advice from friends. Sometimes I think I'd pop if I coukdnt reach out for some help.

That is more important than people realize. It is only truly understood when you have no one to talk to.

I'm grateful for my family and wife. When I actually think about it I'm a very blessed and lucky man. I just need to remember that.

Good people sometimes I meet someone new ex a customer that are so nice and full of life I can be in a real shit mood but this new freind lifts me up with there kindness it's a rare thing these days but they are out there.
