HUGS!!!!! So powerful!!!

A little story of how I came to realize the power in them. Going through my life, I have touched on moments of pain that I experienced while I was alone. In my thoughts I felt..." I just need a hug". Well no one was there to give me that at that moment. The positive in those moments were that I realized the strength I had to get through pain and darkness all by myself. Remembering those moments brings tears, pain, anger, and ironically..strength. I still would have loved the hug and will forever give a hug when I feel someone needs one. As hard as it may be sometimes to give one, and it may even feel uncomfortable...do it, receive it and it will make you feel good

I am grateful for raising my son although I have seen him maybe 10+ times in the past 12 years. He is far far away in a foreign land doing his duty for God and country.

My beautiful Mom whom is 86 years old and healthy as an Ox (God willing)

My wife, Baby you stayed with me when I was a bad husband, and although I rarely say it, I love you.

Above all my health which without I could not appreciate the above.

Today I'm grateful for waking up on Fathers Day and knowing I'm doin the best I can possible on taking care of my son and being able to see his happy face !!! There's no better Fathers Day gift !!!
Grateful for a good Fiancé that supports me and loves me , keeps me goin !!!
Grateful for my family that stands by me , thru all the BS , and helps me with my son !!!
Grateful for being able to hit the gym and make changes !!!
Grateful for friends I've made here that help w/ my push to better myself !!!
Did I say grateful for Anabolics !!! Dk if I would've made it this far without them, just drives me to continue !!!
