For a Republican to win the 2016, they will have to get 75 to 85% of the Hispanic vote. That is how George W. Bush got elected. The Dems get 90% of the black vote, blacks make 13% of the population. Hispanics make up just a tad more. If the Rs and Ds split the whist vote then, the Republicans will have to win the Hispanic vote.Comment
